I cant get enough of TRANSFORMERS!

doodled by Aaroni

how optimus REALLY came to be...

the only reason i'm blogging this time is for one and only ONE reason...

I CANT GET ENOUGH OF TRANSFORMERS!!!

anddddd...

nuffnangs giving TRANSFORMERS TIX!!!!!!!

ahh... i still remember the first time i saw them on the television... starring at awe and those transformation scenes.... seriously one of reasons i'm doing mechanical engineering now (other than lego, of course)

so technically TRANSFORMERS IS MY SOUL!!! i BREATHE transformers!

but then again, dont ask me to recite the WHOLE transformers saga...

back when the first movie came out, it got me excited to make these animated Flash clips... (yes, quangchywn is me... it used to be my gaming name. and yes im still a noob animator)

i even made those lego types out of my old lego block! its even TRANFORMABLE! (Sorry no pics... all designs and lego are now laying in my top cupboard. dismantled and broken)

and based of what sneek peeks i've seen in this coming movie, it looks AWESOMEEEEEE

(*blogger lazy to link youtube links. if you can read this, use Google)

so, hope to see it as soon as i can!!!!!

now back to studying.....

Reporting back

doodled by Aaroni

its been an awesome week!!!!

unfortunately it all has to come to an end :(

college starts in 6 hours and im still setting aside what i'll need for the whole semester. reason doing so is thanks to the fact i'm forced to sallow TWO MAJOR subjects... BOTH which are equally important... and BOTH making me have classes EVERY SINGLE DAY. weekday, that is..
which means i won't be given any time for a breather as a plunge myself into insanity.

which ALSO means i will hardly have any life this sem. not like i had any to start with :P.

WHICH ALSO means i wont be getting much sleep anymore. so i'll need to start getting all the sleep i can get now!

NITEZ!

PS: Scheming scheme is put on hiatus due to lack of imagination.
PS: waiting for pics to starting posting on Genting.

that's a naan by the way...

Pickup today was pathetic.

wait a minute...

WHAT PICKUP?

me and louis looked like some lost tourist who decided to play beach volley ball in the middle of a highway. well actually it was frisbee in the middle of UM's varsity field next to a bunch of footballers ready to kick us out of it.

well on the BRIGHT side, got some throws in,

then pergi makan minum at mohsin at TTDI. damn slow service... would be my first and last time there.

hope tmr will be better!

PS: so HATE jiu hwei and jessica now... they're probably somewhere on the middle of mount KK already! ARGHGHGHGHHGHG!!!

Back!!!!

doodled by Aaroni

finally back from Sabah!!!
(well actually i was back 7 hours ago, was updating myself on the web before i started on this.)

unlike the usual reason to visit Sabah, which is to climb mount KK, my family and i did the mediocre stuff... namely:

  1. Hunt for Probosis monkeys (not hunt/kill la)out of 4 hours we managed to see only SIX monkeys, each for like 5 mins.... with ZERO camera visibility... this shot was a lucky one

  2. See fireflies! (supposedly more abundant here)tried taking the lil buggers, but was pointless...

  3. Snorkelling!
which would then mean we went....

  4. to the Beach!:P jealous, chloe?

  5. take pics of mount KK (but not climb it.... haiz....)our guide told us we were VERY lucky to see it with NO clouds what-so-ever

  6. reap the benefits of poring hot springhot hot hot!!!!

  7. try to climb KK?jiu hwei, jessica, and her gang of bandicoots are gonna be there next week! i SO wanted to go :(

oh well... atleast i walked ONE freaking km just for the miniscule pride of "walking" on mount KK....

    and here's proof!

  8. see the so called rotting-flesh flower
which wasn't smelly at all. infact, i couldnt smell ANYTHING
and also there were the other small stuff like:

sunset

and nightshopping
locals here are very hard to persuade. i only managed to bargain my rm25 shirt to rm20 :(

but all in all,

IT FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK

frisbee!

hope tmr's cempaka training is on...

sleep sleep sleep!

Calling for a taxi

doodled by Aaroni

every saturday there's two things i look forward too the most:
frisbee and lunch AFTER frisbee

it's like an adventure with every new place we go too. and today is no exception.

pick up today was held at some rugby field beside Lake Gardens, and at first glance i was like whoa! this field is nice!!! However Louis with his uncanny ability to detect the fields' quality said it was a no-no for frisbee players.

and unfortunately he got it right.
although there's grass growing in every section of the place, i'd say the grass grew a lil too much, hiding the fields' sinister ground, which is filled with holes! you'd never know when you'd fall down or pull a muscle thanks to the over-flourishing greenery. Going green can kill.

still.... a fields a field.

so, with mike, jiu, louis, caroll, max, el dino and david, we played.

still proved i need more training! im not catching stuff! :(
with so few of us, and with caroll's wife watching us closely (caroll purposely postpone their family holiday just for this! this is dedication weih) we did some throw-ins and some game of box and what-cha-ma-call-it. damn intense! i practically was subbing whenever i can. caroll left early, and with the team spirit gone, we played a bit more b4 we left for lunch!

david led the way (nearly got lost) to some part in the heart of kl to this place:

pizza! yum!

what made this food even more enjoyable was the fact that i, together with louis, are paying a minute amount of what we should really be paying, all thanks to our hou pang yau, jiu hwei! and why is that? well, our best friend here, with a past record of late attendance, promised to wake up early this morning so that we wouldnt have to wait for him to go to the field. unfortunately, his past came back to hunt him, which therefore, thanks to some sweet talk by louis, earned us an almost-free lunch! nyahahhaha!

coming back to our pizza parlor, its built on an old building, so you can still see the old parts, with some new stuff added to it, giving it a very authentic look.

even the delivery bikes have the old look!

very taxi-ish

taking every advantage we have, we choose the MOST expensive and the MOST biggest size of pizza they have: 18 inch ________ pizza~ (at that time, eating food mattered most, not what the food is... anybody remembered the name?)

the interior of the shop looks nice... very different from any restaurant shop i've seen..
even the wash basin is different!

you PRESS the lever with your LEG to turn on the tap!

very clear directions (i didnt understood it at first :P )

the basin

at long last our pizza came, was too hungry to stop myself or anyone else to say the least to take a pic...
it was owh-god-damn-awesome-yummy-crunchy-cheesy-different-from-pizzahut-or-any-pizza-place.

plus its ALMOST-free!
dear pizza, before i eat you, i need to tell that...

owh now i remember, its directly a row behind heritage road
(Was passing by it ; Louis: wanna go clubbing now?)

so, if you're ever hungry after a night of clubbing, be sure to grab a bite at the Yellow Cab!

PS: this will be my last post before i fly to KK, so no updates till wednesday! ciao!
